Electrical Installation Condition Reports
LGE Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) offer 5 main aims.
- Check the electrical installation meets the IET Wiring Regulations.
- Record the results of the inspection and testing to make sure the electrical installation is safe to be used until the next inspection (following any work needed to make it safe)
- Find damaged wiring and wear and tear that might affect safety, and report it
- Help find anything that may cause electric shocks and dangerously high temperatures within the wiring system.
- Create a detailed record of the installation at the time of the inspection, and for inspection testing in the future.
EICP Reports
LGE can offer two kings of reports.
- Visual Report – does not include testing. suitable for installations recently installed
- Regular inspections reports. Tests all aspects of an installation to find any hidden damage or potential danger points.
